Not a place I really recommend

We take any allegation of discriminatory or racist behavior extremely seriously. Such attitudes are completely against our values and our internal policies. We were therefore very surprised by this comment, especially as many members of our team are themselves of Muslim faith and from diverse backgrounds.
If this incident did occur, we sincerely encourage you to contact us directly with more details so we can fully investigate what happened and take appropriate action. We would never tolerate this kind of behavior from our staff.
Regarding the noise issue, we are sorry to hear that your room did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your comment, as it helps us identify areas where improvements may be needed.
